Cheng Man Ching's Tai chi - Grasping the Sparrow's Tail

​Robert be teaching the first section (know as grasp the sparrow's tail) of the Cheng Man Ching 37-move Yang style form. Bob was a student at Cheng's original Shr Jung school in NYC under Cheng's students and later became a disciple of Tok Seng Gim, Tok was nicknamed ‘Tiger of South East Asia’ and was a direct disciple of Cheng's student Yeh Siu Ting.
Bob wil be focusing on the internal aspects of the form including how to integrate spinal chi gung into the form and how to apply the form to pushing hands.
