For the first time formally I'll be teach some xingyi animal forms. This first event will focus on one of my favorite animal forms, Tiger. Tiger uses elements of pi quan (metal fist) and pao quan (fire fist) forms along with the focused intent of a tiger waiting to pounce on its prey.
There are 5 variations of the tiger form, one for each element. The first day we'll work on the basic tiger and the second day play around with some of the variations. Although the focus will be on the form and fighting applications, I'll also go into how different elements of the nei gong apply to the tiger forms.
Also there will be an appearance by a very special guest. Space is limited, so book your spot soon.
