Chi Gung / Nei Gong

The power of all Chinese internal arts comes from the core techniques known as Nei Gung (inner work) or Chi Gung (energy work). The WTIA Nei Gung system includes a wide range of material including:

• breathing exercises
  
• standing meditation / dissolving practices
  
• moving practices
  

These seeming simple exercises are the shell for an extremely complex system of body training and energetic development. Nei Gung is not something can be fully understood in a weekend. Practitioners of martial and healing arts such as Taiji, Ba Gua or Chi Gung Tui Na often find that returning to these fundamental exercises improves their skills.
We teach a a five element nei-gong system that includes the 16 nei-gong principles of Bruce Frantzis Energy Arts System.
